When and where will the EUREKA! Symposium 2026 will take place?
The symposium will take place on October 7 and 8, 2026 from 9 am to 5 pm in the lobby of the Rudolf Virchow Center of the University of Würzburg (Josef-Schneider Str. 2/D15, 97080 Würzburg).
When will the registration open?
Registration will open in summer. All GSLS students will receive a notification.
I do not want to contribute a poster or talk to EUREKA. Can I still attend?
Yes, you can also register as a guest. Please note that you do not receive a certificate of participation and that you are not eligible to help yourself at the buffet.
Is there a registration fee?
No, the EUREKA! Symposium is free of charge for all participants.
I don't have time on both days of the symposium, can I still register?
Yes, you can still register but it's not recommened. Please note that we cannot take individual time preferences into account when organizing the poster sessions. In order to receive a certificate, you must be present on both days.
I don't live in Würzburg, will accommodation be provided?
No, no accommodation can be provided. Participants from outside Würzburg are requested to arrange their own accommodation.
