    EUREKA! 2025 Registration

    Register now for the EUREKA! Symposium 2025 on 8th and 9th October!

    The registration process is as follows:

    1. Enter your details in the form below and click on ‘Register’ to make your registration binding.

    Please note!
    To receive a certificate you have to actively contribute with a talk and/or a poster and attend both days of the symposium.
    We kindly ask everyone who register as "guest" to not help themselves at the buffet, as the catering is reserved exclusively for active participants.

    2. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your abstract.
         Please submit your abstract by 3rd September so that it can be included in the abstract book.

    3. Done! Look forward to a great symposium!

    Terms and Conditions - By participating I agree to abide by the following regulations:

    1. An official confirmation for participation will be handed over only if the participant presented a poster or gave a talk. Attendance on both days is mandatory for active participation.

    2. I accept that my essay (Writing Contest) and/or image (Scientific Image Contest) may be used by the GSLS and the EUREKA! Symposium for promotional and media purposes, provided due credit is given to the owner.

    3. All data collected is utilized only for the purpose of organizing the Symposium.

    4. Photography will occur throughout the event. These images may be published on our website and social media.
