"The scholarship grabber"

Advance information for SS 2026: The next "Stipendiengreifer" event will take place on Monday, 22.6.20236, 14:15h.

Information, tips & tricks for scholarship applications

This semester, we are once again offering our doctoral students our special information event "Der Stipendiengreifer" . Our offer is also aimed at those students in the final phase of their studies who are planning to do their doctorate with our members.

We would like to increase the chances of our doctoral students who do not yet have a doctoral scholarship and students who would like to apply for a doctoral scholarship.

NB: Targeted support and funding for doctoral candidates in the humanities with scholarship counselling and overviews of all eligible doctoral scholarships is only available in this form at the University of Würzburg in the GSH. As a current and potential doctoral candidate at GSH, you will also benefit from this "added value" of your doctorate with us.

Contents:

  • Helpful tips for scholarship applications
  • Doctoral scholarships for humanities scholars (selection of the most important interdisciplinary, domestic and international scholarships)
  • Information pages & links

The event lasts about one and a half hours and the information about the respective scholarships, the tips & tricks for applying etc. that I offer there go far beyond what can be found on our "Info & Service" page .

We will also provide information about this event via poster, email and in einBLICK.

Monday, 26 January 2026, 14:15h - 15:45h.
