Abstract:
The doctorate with the working title "Professionalisation of teachers for AI-supported planning of adaptive, diversity-sensitive science lessons according to Chai" contributes to research at the interface of inclusion, science teaching and educational technology. It develops new perspectives on the use of artificial intelligence to sustainably strengthen the adaptive planning skills of teachers. Methodologically, a design-based research approach is pursued, which includes the identification, implementation and evaluation of AI-supported planning aids in teacher training.

The research project builds on preliminary work from the Chemistry-all-inclusive (Chai) project and integrates interdisciplinary perspectives from special education, biology and chemistry didactics. The survey will take place in teaching-learning-lab seminars in various science subjects.
