Please note: You must be able to submit the minutes of at least three interviews in order to be admitted to the doctoral examination; the first doctoral interview must be held in the first doctoral semester.

Your Academic Achievements:
- Recognition of achievements in the compulsory elective area: handout (pdf).
- Transcript of Records: to be submitted upon admission to the doctoral examination process; can already be completed during the doctorate to record your achievements (docx).
Your Admission Extensions:
- Extension of admission after six semesters: sample letter for application by the first supervisor (docx).
- If you have completed your first six doctoral semesters in our Graduate School and your curriculum, enrolment is no longer mandatory. You can continue your doctoral studies at the Graduate School, provided you remain admitted. You can also take your oral exam at the Graduate School in front of your supervisory committee without being matriculated; you only need to be admitted to your doctorate at the GSH at the time of your oral exam.
