About this event:

Dr. Peter Modler, the creator of "Arrogance Trainings® for Female Leaders", is a bestselling author, managing coach and CEO of the Consultancy Dr. Modler. In addition Dr. Modler holds teaches at the University of Freiburg.

Dr. Modler has studied the communication behavior of both genders in a professional environment:

“Most men don’t reflect on their communication styles because these styles are so natural for them (most women don’t do it either). It is part of their normal behaviour to stage rivalry or territorial games, to interrupt people at meetings or present their own performance XXL-style. What is often identified as signs of bonding by other men may unfortunately have the complete opposite effect on women. What are the mechanisms of these different languages?
