Graduate Schools' Day, 4th July 2024 - REGISTRATION OPEN!

We are very happy to announce that the Graduate Schools' Day will once again take place, concluding with a Summer Party at the GSLS-Building-Area. Registration is open now and we cordially invite you to join us.

Registration: 2:30 - 3:00 pm

Welcome by the GSLS Dean and Managing Director: 3:00 - 3:30 pm
Career Session: 3.30 – 4:45 pm

A career session with Graduate School Alumni sharing their career experiences since graduation.

Coffee Break with networking opportunities: 4:45 - 5:15 pm

Keynote Lecture: 5:15 - 6:00 pm

Prof. Dr. Fabian C. Moss (Chair of Data Science, Informatik X Digital Music Philology and Music Theory in the Institut für Musikforschung, University of Würzburg) will give a talk entitled “Computational Musicology – Oxymoron or perfect fit”.

Dinner, Music and GSLS Graduation Ceremony: 6:00 – 10:00 pm

After the talk we move on to the casual part of the evening as we will have dinner at the GSLS building in a relaxed atmosphere with music and a small graduation ceremony for recent graduates.

Organisational information

Participation in the GS Day and dinner is free of charge for GSLS members and Alumni. If you would like to bring additional persons (family, significant other, etc.) along with you, please note that they will have to cover the cost of fries and/or burger on their own.
